Robert Rodriguez Presents Project Green ScreenRobert RodriguezRobert Rodriguez Presents Project Green Screen by Ayame-Kenoshi
Robert shot an action-packed short film called Two Scoops, starring twins Lola and Lucia who operate an ice cream truck by day and happen to also be monster-slayers. Fans contributed to the project by submitting films, Tweeting their ideas for super-weapons, creating the fiercest monsters, and sending in their photos to appear on Missing Person posters.
We're excited to announce that the collaboration is now complete! You can see the finished film right here, along with the best contributions from fans, and documentary footage to tell the story of the project.
~ Speaking strictly for myself, i like to think|
i have a pretty good idea what sort of agony one goes thru
both to create, and (more to the point) to make public, their work...
at some point, the creator becomes fearful
of others becoming aware of the content,
as they just MIGHT question the creator's sanity...
at another point, the creator becomes fearful
of even acknowledging the content,
as he/she just MIGHT question his/her OWN sanity...
and underlying it all (in my case, at least) would be the
perpetual dread that it MIGHT cause a negative response
in some poor unsuspecting bystander, or worse yet,
in someone I know and/or love...
anyway, that's MY "agony of creation" at work...
btw, anyone who says "suffering for art" is just a catchphrase
is either lying or stupid, but is definitely NOT a functioning "creator" ...
