OK, now it can be said:
the truth is that all these random flowers I've generated were to ONE solitary purpose...
I was trying to create a "special" flower for my youngest daughter (and occasional "muse")
as a gift for her birthday...
own up, I'm slightly over a month late with this,
but you know what they say about "all good things"...
anyway, Happy 16th Birthday, Sweetie...
the original for this image was rendered to only 100 Quality in JWildfire...
the render was then shifted to Photoshop, where I cropped the image
to a 12.8:8 Aspect Ratio (for use as wallpaper on a MacBook Pro),
inverted the image, faded the invert using a Linear Light blend, then an HDR toning adjustment was applied...
this was followed by a Burlap texture being applied to the Green Channel ONLY,
which was faded with a Darken blend...
finally, an Inner Glow layer effect was used with a Multiply blend in dark green...
"inquiring minds WANT to know..."
