Charming! I like Fractal Art very much, though it's still a mystery to me! :)

hey, i know Math majors and Computer programmers who cannot get past the introduction to books on Fractal Mathematics without headaches, lol...

if it were not for decent GUI apps like JWildfire, I'd never have been able to get into fractals at all... !

Oh, good to know this! XD Your fractal works are really fascinating: colors look like they are captured on soap bubbles surface (when I was kid I was crazy for soap bubbles! lol)

wow, now THAT's an association I never would have made, but is well understood, and most welcome...
in fact, that's what I'd consider high praise...

I never would have given myself OR the composition anywhere near that much credit!

Are you kidding! Really, they are really something! And, about that association, it is high praise, because I had this thing for bubbles and nice memories of them: I loved to stay there watching the colors changing and behaving always in a certain way before the bubble burst... aw, now I'm really going off topic! XD

if we assume that the topic is still "art",
it seems to me that you're speaking of one of the deepest resonances of "art" at large...
(maybe it's just me, but that's what I take from this comment, anyway)...

Oh, dear, thanks! Well, actually, those "observations" were very enriching (if I can say so): I'd draw a lot of colorful things after my "bubbles sessions"! :)

that was kinda my point... you're speaking to inspiration, and a personal source thereof...
therefore, neither off-topic nor inarticulate, at least from my perspective...

Maybe it helps that I didn't become truly serious about graphic arts until I had
pre-school aged kids - I learned to see thru their eyes, and found that my perception
of art gained a LOT of clarity thru them)
